Emily will be doing a talk and live demonstration of Somatic Trauma Resolution Therapy at Mystic Journey Bookstore on Tuesday January 17th at 7:30 pm. Cost at the door is $20. Bring your friends and your trauma questions. Emily will discuss the dynamics of trauma and how it affects the nervous system and how it can be healed naturally. She will do some excersices with the group and with an individual.
